Orders are normally prepared within 2–4 business days, excluding public holidays and any product-specific lead time shown on the product page. Shipping destinations, available services, charges and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout.
Order processing
You will receive an order confirmation after checkout. A shipping confirmation and tracking link will follow when tracking is available. Processing times and carrier transit times are separate.
Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, brokerage or other import charges set by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
Address changes and delivery issues
Please check your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. If a parcel appears delayed, damaged or missing, email sales@fhysilicone.com with your order number so we can review the available tracking information and next steps.
