We accept eligible return requests made within 30 days of delivery. Contact sales@fhysilicone.com before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Return condition
Items must be unused, unwashed and returned with their original packaging and accessories. For hygiene and safety, opened or used baby-feeding, teething, personal-care and pet-feeding products cannot normally be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. We will review the issue and explain the available replacement, refund or other resolution.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Bank or card processing times may vary. Original shipping costs and return shipping are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.
This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
